Highlight the need to select genome build when inputting own data

Need to make it more clear about what the next step is when loading your own data. After inputting URLs the Next button is still not active. And there's not an obvious indication about how to proceed.

I'd suggest just doing what we do in gene.iobio where we have a yellow box around the genome build dropdown.
