The database of terms that we use for the typeahead needs to be better curated. There are lots of terms that result in duplicates in the typeahead, or spelling mistakes. We need at minimum to remove duplicates, mispelled version etc.
For example, search on coarctation of the aorta (in clin here):
Coarctation of the aorta appears twice. If I pick either of them, the GTR section has two options, but they are identical.
Congenital diaphragmatic hernia has duplicate entries and a mispelled version.
