Event object in mqtt paths is not specified

Specification for the event object is missing in /mqtt/topics and /mqtt/topics/{topicId} for both GET and POST

An empty object is possible for the yaml file but leads to errors with the openapi-generator and subsequent make process for cpp-oatpp-server
