Allow partial reuse of compound class annotations #188
Description
Adding compound class annotations can take about 10 hours for the positive mode library, while the changes with new versions are actually minimal. It would be a good option to allow for giving a csv file with already added annotations. Only new inchikeys will be looked up in that case.
