Use Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Switch the base box to the latest Ubuntu 20.04 LTS version:

https://app.vagrantup.com/ubuntu/boxes/focal64

This is not a hard one, but testing is expensive.

Started testing on this. So far I found issues with:

• MySQL

Issue with Mysql could be solved by updating mysqld.cnf for Mysql-Server version 8.

Next is an issue with the laravel installer.

Hi, @honorezemagho thanks for your input. I also thought that the issue is related to permissions.
It turned out that outdated vbox-guest-additions might cause the problem. I have to do a couple more tests but updating the vbox-guest-additions fixed the problem.

Well Ubuntu 20.04 LTS is working now as far as I can tell.
Changes are already merged into master. The official release will follow soon.
