Remove a notification from the notification bar without bringing the application in the foreground

Hello,
I have a local notification with the next actions:

notificationActionType: LocalNotificationActionType[] = [{
    id: 'callInvite',
    actions: [
      {
        id: 'reject',
        title: 'Reject',
        destructive: true,
        foreground: false
      },
      {
        id: 'answer',
        title: 'Answer',
        destructive: false,
        foreground: true
      }
    ]
  }];

I expected when the user clicks in action Reject then the notification is removed from the notification bar without opening the application that is in the background
