Ask the user if they would like to reboot, don't force us to

I don't like being forced to restart after running the program because I usually do this on new installs at my job as IT Manager and so there's a lot of things that I do that require restarts. However, restarting one by one after each thing would take too long.

So I would like it if you could change to a prompt to reboot instead of a force.
