[BUG] After Update with KB from 28.000 to 28.020 Defender is active but Securtity App cannot be launched #271
Description
- I have read the README and the FAQ section.
- I have created a System Restore Point before running the script.
- I have disabled Tamper Protection manually if I am on a newer Windows version.
- I understand that antivirus detection (False Positive) is NOT a bug.
Describe the bug
After Updateing from Windows Build 28.000 to 28.020 the Security App is disabled and failed to run but Defender is active and is deleting files
To Reproduce
Update Windows Build with a KB Update and Defender is half broken
Expected behavior
Complete Remove of Defender. Calling the DefenderRemover is not working because defender is deleting it right away.

OS is Windows Build 28.020, DefenderRemover is 13
