SMR locked after failed transaction

Hi. I hope someone can help. I was trying to send SMR from Firefly to Bitforex and the transaction just timed out before asking for a signature. So, I closed the wallet and reopened it only to find the SMR was locked up and my available balance reduced by the amout I was trying to send plus an extra few hundred. I tried another transaction of just 150SMR to the same address just to test and the same thing happened. This time when I opened Firefly again there was 1415 missing SMR (Iwas only trying to send 150). I have no idea what's going on, nothing was signed in my ledger. Shimmer now shows 15000 SMR as my balance but only 10451 as available.
