[Fix]: Verify transaction popup not showing up after enabling blind signing when creating alias

Task description

Having blind signing disabled, when trying to create an alias a popup appears to enable blind signing. Once enabled, the popup is closed and the popup to confirm the transaction does not appear, but the tx is in the ledger to be confirmed
