[Request] Expose DID document for SCs

Description

allow retrive a did document (json) from the identy object

Motivation

In advanced scenarios the SC should be able to obtain parts of the DID Document to validate user requests (in example it can be usefull obtain a service endpoint)

we indeed forgot to expose the did_doc field. This is relatively easy to fix, There is a follow up problem for implementers though:
The DID document is encoded as JSON in a binary field. To do anything meaningful with the data you have to parse the JSON, which is likely very tricky (and expensive). So while we could (and maybe should) expose the field, it will likely not be very useful for SCs.
