Request: Concurrent sending

*update: never mind, issue resolved, but it still would be nice if the roadblock was removed so all the coins i want to transfer can be transferred without waiting on another pending receiving coins to finish ^_^

First, IOTA is wonderful and two thumbs up to the IOTA team, and this issue is the first I have had like this, maybe a glitch that is easily fixed?

How can I bypass a pending payment of IOTA to be received so I can send some IOTA?

When I try to send my IOTA, get the message: "Error: Private Key Resuse Detected! You are attempting to sign a transaction..."

Tried promoting, reattach and rebroadcasting the pending payment with no success.

I would really like to send some IOTA out, but cannot because of pending payment
Its been pending for almost 2-3 weeks so not sure what to do now

Can IOTA team develop a way that we can still send payments out, even if a your receiving a payment and its pending status never changes?

Maybe even a way to cancel any pending payments?

I want to be able to do something with the IOTA in my wallet, I dont want it stuck there and never being able to use it because some other receive payment is pending and pending and pending

Any help would be great
