Show indication when peer p2p id has changed

Description
Currently when a peer's p2p id changes the UI and node show red status and in the log the message indicates that the node Id has changed and shows the new id. The node owner may not be able to distinguish this from a node being temporarily down without checking the log and know he needs to take some action to 1) change the id 2) remove the node.

Describe the solution you'd like
A better solution would be to have the status indicator change to orange or provide a badge indicating the Id for that node has changed. The node owner could take appropriate action.

@muXxer We need some support from hornet node here, to know when/if the peer id changed. Wdyt ?

This needs support for hornet side (to detect the id change case).
Currently it is not planned.
