Allow Higher Quality Album Art (Format Now Playing to get imagemessagelength)

I believe it's possible to add base64 encoded s to the comment and it would be neat to have rudimentary album art support.

Considerations:

• Mumble Size Limitations
  - Would want to grab YouTube thumbnails? What about Soundcloud? More work than I care to do?

Current issue with mumble size limits is that there appears to be two separate checks, one for no data and a larger one for messages with data.

HOWEVER, I've only been successful for images hitting the lower bounds for no data.

I believe I've been able to send larger data via the main mumble client so it's possible there's a gumble limitation somewhere that is causing messages with too large of images not to send.

Basic setup here, #17 but we still have issues with the message length so I'll adjust this issue as such.
