Better feedback for setups without media.db #54
Description
Currently if we don't have a media.db we still do have commands respond like rand and search, but they don't do anything other than show a header given they all operate on the media.db, it would be good for them to either do nothing, give feedback about being unconfigured, or correlate to operations that work without a media.db present.
