Is it possible to compile bcc tools offline?

I am trying to install it on RHEL 8 as just running from the repo gives me an error. When I try to run cmake it tries to clone another repo, so I was wondering if there's a way to install offline?

please use bcc/libbpf-tools for offline build. Your above 'fatal' failure indicates not able to access blazesym github. You may want to check your local environment.
