Clang3.7 dependency and BTF support

Hi,

Are there any specific reasons why the uBPF project still requires clang-3.7? Subsequently, this means there is no modern BPF Type Format (BTF) support, evident in the implementation of BPF_MAP_TYPE_ARRAY, for example.
