How do I "Import the common communication objects project"? #4

The instructions say
import the project located under the “ROSCommonObjects” folder of this repository to the workbench of your application:
but, the repo https://github.com/ipa320/RosTooling.github.io does not contain that folder.
I see that the organization ipa320 contains a repo https://github.com/ipa320/RosCommonObjects, is this what we have to download and import?
