Custom DHT Provide Records

I have been looking in the code base and probing LLM's for answers, and need a clearer idea on how you would do this and if it would require anything non standard.

I am interested in creating DHT provide records that would be on a new protocol ID likely. The value of the record would likely be CBOR encoded unless required otherwise.

The size of the record would be 1-4kb likely? it would include a map structure.

Im interested in how I would broadcast this to the DHT/a gateway/relay and how I might go and query the data. The record would be rebroadcast every time the location pointer changes, or when it is needed to be kept alive...
