`ipfs key ls` as an alias for `ipfs key list`

It seems the CLI is a bit inconsistent with list vs ls; ipfs repo and ipfs pin take ls instead of list.

We really do not have command aliasing, so without implementing that it could be done with a separate ls subcommand that has the same command function, here.

I would prefer to deprecate the list subcommand and replace it with ls. We should do the same for the bootstrap list command also, here.
