Pin failure on large pin (22GiB). Error: unexpected EOF62 nodes

Description:

On pinning ~22GiB, ipfs cli exited with an error:

$ ipfs pin add /ipns/hpkg.haiku-os.org --progress
Fetched/Processed 67093 node
Error: unexpected EOF62 nodes

I restarted the pin and it picked up right where it left off.

$ ipfs pin add /ipns/hpkg.haiku-os.org --progress
Fetched/Processed 70478 nodes

I should mention if I had --enable-gc, I would have to restart the entire pin and re-download everything.

Just randomly saw this again.

$ ipfs pin add /ipns/hpkg.haiku-os.org --progress
Error: unexpected EOF0 nodes

And again:

$ ipfs pin add /ipns/hpkg.haiku-os.org --progress
Error: unexpected EOF294 nodes

1. How are you connected to your IPFS node? (i.e., directly/proxy, local/remote machine)
2. Are you seeing any errors in your IPFS logs?
3. About how much time was the command running before this happened?

It's sounding like the request to the HTTP API is timing out somehow.

1. all requests via localhost:5001
2. none from stdout / stderror
3. substantial amount of time.. pinning / repinning 95GiB CID's

I should mention, i'm now seeing this happen soon as a few seconds.

$ cat /home/ipfs/mirror
#!/bin/bash
export IPFS_PATH=/ipfs
ipfs pin add /ipns/hpkg.haiku-os.org --progress

$ /home/ipfs/mirror
Error: unexpected EOF2 nodes

I have no problems with hpkg.haiku-os.org
