Continuation of https://github.com/ipfs/public-gateway-checker/issues/340 and https://github.com/ipfs/public-gateway-checker/pull/373 We should do the following: - [ ] switch metrics to use `ignite-metrics` library for talking to Countly - [ ] feat: Use UI components from ignite-metrics library - [ ] Switch metrics to opt-out (consent is implied upon first using the app. user must adjust toggle to remove consent)
