Summary
This change gives the docs a separate path for the runtime model that sits behind the guide sequence.
The guides can stay closer to the decisions readers make while writing routine code, instead of carrying every ownership or boundary explanation at the point where it first appears. Concepts now has a stable place for those slower reading rules, so a guide can name a relationship and keep moving when the local task does not need the full model.
This keeps the docs split closer to the reader path: guides introduce the moves, concepts explain the runtime relationships behind them, and reference surfaces remain focused on lookup rather than carrying that conceptual load.
