0 channels found when running docker image #2982

I recently downloaded this docker image and ran it, and the logs show that it found 0 channels before exiting:

And nothing is added to the XML file, along with a 404 page showing up when I try and visit the container web address.

I have added no variables to the container other than mapping a port and mapping the internal XML file to a XML file on the host server. Removing both of these properties shows the same behavior occur, so it doesn't seem related.
