No summary is created

I go to a note with links to other notes, and click the "Summarize referenced notes" icon in the sidebar. A modal dialog opens with a text box containing only "...". I checked my API usage to see if anything happened "behind the scenes", and yes, my API usage went up a little bit, so it was doing something - so I left the modal dialog open for a while in case it was just slow - but alas, no summary was generated.

Same/similar issue here. A summary box is added to the front matter but no summary content text is included.

If you open the developer view (Control+Shift+I) and then run this, do you see any error in the console? That might help understand what's happening here.

Thanks! That's awesome. When you try and use the summary tool, does anything show up in the "console" tab in there? That might tell me if an error is being generated and what the error is.

Ian, I’m sorry. I had sent screen captures of the notes in the console. In my last attempt to use the plugin, I receive several repeated notes saying “Could not parse JSON stream message > Object Plugin: AI-Summary:179” These were preceded by an entry saying: “Failed to load resource: the server responses with a status of 429 ( ) api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions:1 <http://api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions:1>" Thanks Jim
