Migrate project name from `awkward-1.0` to `awkward`

As described in https://github.com/orgs/scikit-hep/discussions/1, Awkward array now lives at https://github.com/scikit-hep/awkward. As such the names will need to get redone to support this change. To make this easier, it would probably be good to try to address Issue #28 first so that a project's entire history can get grabbed rather than trying to stitch together the history of two project names.
