Trigger Indexing Event on Rename and Copy PEPs

Add support for the pep_data_obj_rename_post operation, which should trigger an indexing event were a data object to be moved into a collection with the appropriate metadata.

Also support indexing for the pep_api_data_obj_copy_post operation.
