[bug] Enter and arrow keys become unresponsive

Unfortunately, I cannot yet determine exactly how to reproduce the issue, but it occurs consistently in every program session, regardless of the platform.

Shift+Enter and Ctrl+Arrow keys still work, but the regular Enter and Arrow keys do not once the issue occurs. Since these keys are related to the roll popup, I strongly suspect that the key event listener from the popups is causing the issue.

Before the error occurs, I always interact with mechanics blocks but I am not sure if this is really causing the issue. At some point—one I haven't identified before—all input from the Enter and Arrow keys is ignored.

It definitely occurs when switching to another app and then back again (on mobile).
