Improve Image Validation for HTTPBootConfig #175
Description
What should be added:
It would be nice to perform a GET request to the final constructed UKI URL to verify its existence before marking the HTTPBootConfig as Ready.
Why this is needed:
To prevent exposing broken or unreachable boot image URLs.
