Deprecate ClientIP field in boot-operator CRs #188

What would you like to be added:
As the follow-up to ironcore-dev/metal-operator#332 we should investigate removing ClientIP field in boot-operator CRs.
Why is this needed:
ClientIP might be dynamically assigned in some environments and should not be used as Server identifier.
