Bios/bmc settings/version resource do not honor the maintenance ref changes

when initial spec does not contain the maintenance object and later was updated with exisiting maintenance, the resources do not honor the change as older self created maintenance will linger around causing unwanted maintenance state of server resource.

In my opinion the maintenance ref should be immutable once set.
