`div` blocks getting parsed as nested

Hi, it's me again.

A little while after trying out the new update, I stumbled upon something else.

I was writing some djot div blocks (admonitions/callouts/etc.) like the following :

There are a few of these in this page, but they seem to get parsed as one big group of nested blocks. For example :

Can you reproduce the correct or buggy behavior on the main Djot project? I would be surprised if Djockey is messing this up. (But also maybe it is messing it up.)

I get correct results when I build your project on my Mac. So it must be another line break issue, and probably in the JavaScript Djot parser. :-(

Another thing you can try is writing your asides like this:

blah
:::

instead of this:

::: note
blah
:::

That's disheartening. :/

I made some more tests.

First I re-rendered the first method (i.e. ::: note (...) :::) and I took note of what the console threw out:

So it does catch somewhere that it thinks the divs aren't closed, at least with this method.

With the second method (i.e. {.note} ::: (...) :::), it didn't seem to catch or mind it at all.

However, the result still seems off. For example:

After the re-render for the first method, I left the 'main' branch untouched for illustration. I made a second branch 'test_second-div-method' for the second test, and a third one for the pandoc test below.

Third test, I tried to use pandoc to directly convert a single file -- the problematic one -- to HTML. I used this command:

pandoc -s .\resource-list-old.dj -o resource-list-old_html-test.html

It kind of worked? (Don't hesitate to tell me if there something I should correct in the command.)
However, along with the HTML file here link the repo directory with the HTML test, I also got this warning thrown:

[WARNING] This document format requires a nonempty <title> element.
  Defaulting to 'resource-list-old' as the title.
  To specify a title, use 'title' in metadata or --metadata title="...".

After this, I added frontmatter to the djot file, with a title: and re-did it, but I got the same error thrown.

I think your suspicions justly point to the JS djot parser.
It might be worth to mention that the JS djot parser is also the one I have installed for the terminal djot command.

I'm not sure I totally understood what you meant by this. Please tell me if the tests I did were of any relevance to your question.
