Simulation scene gets shuffled around after stopping & restarting

This happens when we run the kitchen environment scene:

python isaac_arena/examples/policy_runner.py --policy_type zero_action gr1_open_microwave

When stopping and restarting the simulation via the IsaacSim UI, the scene gets shuffled and reordered.
