isaw event calendar is broken

At /events the calendar should provide links on days when there are published events scheduled and should be styled thusly:

At present, there are no functional links and all calendar cells are incorrectly styled:

This behavior is occurring on both production and staging.

it needs to be deployed in staging and production. Rerun buildout before restart.
It simply removes plone.app.contenttypes from isaw.facultycv dependencies

@sauzher this is working now as expected on staging, and I haven't spotted any other problems. I would like to see this deployed to production.
