Default pages missing

@sauzher making a new issue for this problem discovered while working on #605

I did notice a migration related bug where the default page for /news had been de-selected during the migration. It should have been /news/collector, but it was just displaying the tiled listing of the /news folder itself. Seems like a bug in the migration scripts.
