visible bursts overlap when using Sentinel-1A with Sentinel-1C

When using Sentinel-1C data with Sentinel-1A either in topsApp or Topsstack there are visible bursts overlaps. Especially in stack generations it is impossible to work with data from april 2025 using Sentinel-1C. Here an example of the latest 03_21_2026_S1C image

You should not expect early/ not-fully calibrated data to work out of the box.

Thank you very much! But I actually tested various periods for my timeseries and it looks like that if I generate a stack of interferograms it works fine until march 2025 using POEORBS. I also tried to perform short stacks for periods april 2025 to march 2026 and a lot of SAFE file are ignored.

There a number of things that are involved in calibrating the data. It is not as simple as pushing files through a black box script. If you want a hands-off solution for reliable analysis, I would trust ESA's advice here and not go with a "It didn't fail, so it should work" approach here. You are of course, welcome to dig into the data and figure out the necessary corrections by understanding the updates that were made to the S1C processor and porting it back.
