[EPIC] Add newly app to all environments ( Promotion )

It is practical to add new applications and promote them in multiple environments would take some time and hence it is better to follow individual issues for better tracking and documentation.

• Add to staging #5
• Add to prod

For the first time introducing the app we need to create new dirs/files for each environment. However, afterward dedicated configurations can be changed via respected values or the git-generator-overides.json file.
