I first cloned Open3D by:

git clone https://github.com/isl-org/Open3D.git
cd Open3D

Then, I install Open3D with:

pip install open3d

It shown

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement open3d (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for open3d

Error message
