Proposed new feature or change
Isn't a bilateral filter for PointClouds still a requested feature? I recall an issue some time ago (possibly Issue #6729 arguing from browser history), but I can no longer find it, nor can I find any related commit. Therefore, I'm reopening this request with the information that I'm currently working on it.
