Add support for only horizontal wheel scroll

Currently horizontal slider reacts on vertical scroll which interferes with page scroll. Would be nice to have it only react on horizontal scroll and not vertical. This is common on Mac to scroll horizontally, example is on https://www.instagram.com/p/DRpX52aDuYi/
