Investigate issue with `./` include/exclude paths.

I've seen a couple nyc bugs where configuration: {include: ['./lib/**']} does not work, it has to be changed to {include: ['lib/**']}. These two include arrays should produce identical results.

rather be ^\.[\\\/] (escaping the slash)?
