[Bug] Submodule pom url wrong

Bug description

For submodules the Project URL and Source Control URL of the pom isn't correct.
See e.g. https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/de.muenchen.refarch.tools/refarch-pmd
The correct url of the parrent is modify by the submodule name as suffix which breaks the url.

Expected behaviour

The URL in Maven Central is correct
