make browser title and favicon customizable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While the favicon would be more a nice design gimmick the browser title bar I think could be quite important:
We installed a second instace of openITCOCKPIT for testing issues and with a custom title in the browser tab it would be much easier to distinguish between the prod and test instance.

Describe the solution you'd like
The browser title and the favicon should be customizable without being overwritten by the next update.
