Fix text inconsistencies and update links

Description:
Several text corrections and updates are needed:

1. Update working hours:
   Change 10:00-17:00 to 09:30-17:30

2. Update text in "Route Planning":
   Add the following line at the end:
   "For suburban areas - from 10 working days"

3. Remove unnecessary punctuation:
   Remove periods at the end of sentences

Remove periods after abbreviations such as UAH, L, km, kg

4. Update link in "Instructions":
   Replace the current link with:
   https://nowaste.com.ua/sort-station/

Expected Outcome: The corrected text should be properly displayed without unnecessary punctuation, the working hours should be updated, and the correct link should be in place.
