Bug: Sidebar overlaps footer

Description:

The sidebar overlaps the footer when scrolling to the bottom of the page. This causes layout issues and hides footer content beneath the sidebar.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to any page with a sidebar.
2. Scroll down to the bottom.
3. Observe that the sidebar remains on top of the footer.

Expected Behavior:

The footer should appear on top of the sidebar, or the layout should be adjusted so that they do not overlap.

Actual Behavior:

The sidebar stays fixed and visually overlaps the footer content.
