[Tariffs page] Undefined values displayed

In the Tariffs for services section, the fields Name of the tariff and Tariff description are displaying undefined instead of proper values.

✅ Expected behavior:
Tariff names and descriptions should be properly displayed based on the data received from the backend or database.

🧪 Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to the tariffs page.

Scroll to the Tariffs for services section.

Observe that some fields show undefined.
