Support plain git repos with no code hosting provider

We should support git repos not belonging to a particular hosting provider and with no web interface. This would allow us to fallback to it if a publisher uses a hosting provider we don't support.

That wouldn't increase our net or disk usage as we already clone the repos to calculate the vitality index.
