Improve the printed output

The stdout / stderr output is quite disorganized right now we should

• uniform it and define a format that makes it easy to understand what each line is associated to (ie. which repo / publisher)
• use the proper logging level
• use good defaults for a normal run (ie. just print the essential information)
• print a recap when the crawling is done ( feat: print summary when the crawling is done #312)
