Ability to capture writes to stdout and stderr and turn them into log messages

Especially useful if you want to output Eliot logs to stdout, e.g. for Docker usage.

Some options that might be nice:

1. Write to stdout as well, not just Eliot's stdout capture.
2. Either stdout or stderr, or both.
