Add MCP Support

A number of the tools used in the SRE Scenarios have enabled MCP Server support and we'd like to look into incorporating them into the bench for the agents to have access to:

• OpenCost
• Clickhouse - Base
• Clickhouse - Alinity

We'd also like to know the difference between the two Clickhouse mcp servers (if any)
